I was looking over my travel plans night and noticed a small difference between what I thought I had booked and what showed up in my reservation. It wasn’t a deal but it was enough to make me pause and go back through everything carefully.
I opened my confirmation email. Checked the dates and passenger details. Then I went to the Breeze Airways Customer Service page to see how I could get some answers. Before I reached out I also took a look at what was already listed in my booking.
I wanted to make sure I was asking about the thing so I checked everything thoroughly. Having my confirmation number and a clear question ready felt much better than trying to explain the situation from memory.
It turned out the issue was not as complicated as I had feared. It just reminded me how important it is to check your reservation a days before departure. That way you don’t find out about something, at the possible time.
Now I make it a habit to do a review of my booking before I travel especially if I haven’t looked at the details in a while. It gives me peace of mind.
Has anyone else had a similar moment where checking their booking again caught a small issue before the trip?
