What’s Your Go-To Black Tea?

I’ve been getting more interested in black tea lately, mainly because there’s so much variety within the category. A bold Assam can be completely different from a lighter Ceylon or a fragrant Earl Grey, so it really comes down to what kind of flavor you enjoy.

I’m curious what everyone else prefers. Do you normally stick with one type, or do you like trying different blends and origins? I also find that brewing time makes a noticeable difference, especially when you’re trying to get the right balance between strength and flavor.

I came across this guide while looking through different options, and it has a good range of black teas to consider: https://tasteoftea.com/blogs/best-tea-choices/best-black-tea
